MIAC is to be governed by an "Elected" Board of Director, the Executive Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Regional Directors that represent the eight regions of the state (visit the Region section of this site for more information). This election will take place at MIAC's first Annual Conference. Information regarding the nominating process will be forthcoming and a Nominating Committee will be formed to administer this process.

However, given its initial stage and the need to create a structure, MIAC is currently governed by an "Acting" Executive Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer and three additional Directors.
